Alexander Technique Intensive Course 24.2 - 2.3 

F.M. Alexander often asked his students to first read one of his books, then come for a lessons every day for a week or two. I have been giving AT in an intensive courses combining group and individual lessons, and find it an excellent way o get started with your own AT practice. 

On the course you will be introduced to all the main tools and principles of the Alexander Technique and you'll also get an access to an online course with interesting information about the AT, simple exercises and homework to start applying the AT in your daily life. 


  • Learn new skills quickly and efficiently
  • Balance the body, mind and nervous system
  • Prevent physical and mental injuries such as musculoskeletal complaints and pain, stress, burnout and fatigue
  • Become aware and help the body recover and heal from physical and mental complaints 
  • Learn how to recognise and change harmful habits


The AT Intensive course includes 
3 x 2 hour group lessons 
2 x 45 minute private lessons

 Fri 28.2 10:00 - 12:30  45 min individual lesson
Sun 1.3 11:00 - 14:00 45 min individual lesson
Mon 2.3 18:00 - 20:00  Group lesson
