AT Intensive Course, Feb 19 - 28, Part 2

Alexander Technique Intensive Course 19. - 28. February 

The two week course, originally created for the Uniarts University in Helsinki, available for you in February. 

On the course you will be introduced to all the main tools and principles of the Alexander Technique and you'll also get an access to an online course with interesting information about the AT, simple exercises and homework to start applying the AT in your daily life. 

COURSE GOALS

  • Learn new skills quickly and efficiently
  • Balance the body, mind and nervous system
  • Prevent physical and mental injuries such as musculoskeletal complaints and pain, stress, burnout and fatigue
  • Become aware and help the body recover and heal from physical and mental complaints 
  • Learn how to recognise and change harmful habits

 COURSE FORMAT:

The AT Intensive course includes 
4 x 2 hour group lessons 
2 x 45 minute private lessons

Mon 19 18:00 - 20:00 Group lesson
Tue 20 17:00 - 21:00 45 min individual lesson
Wed 21 18:00 - 20:00 Group lesson
     
Mon 26 18:00 - 20:00 Group lesson
Tue 27 17:00 - 21:00 45 min individual lesson
Wed 28 18:00 - 20:00  Group lesson
