AT in Helsinki

Many of you have asked when is it possible to have AT lessons with me in Helsinki. The next possibility is in February!

Is AT with Maria for me?

In Helsinki AT lesson periods are suitable for:

You'd like to get an introduction to the Alexander Technique.
You have a question about your work as a musician.
You'd like to improve your performance, learning skills and well-being.
You have a recent pain/complaint (physical or mental) for which you'd like to receive relaxing first aid and advice as how to recover and prevent it in the future.
You have a chronic pain/complaint (physical or mental) and you'd like to know if the AT can help you in long term.

My AT lessons are less suitable for:

You have a pain/complaint to which you'd like to receive a treatment or manipulations (massage, cracking etc.) which would cure your condition without your own effort.

Price:

30 min / 20 €

45 min / 30 €
