Living with psychological pain

"Living with psychological pain" is a new course introducing the Alexander Technique as a practical body mind technique and how it can be applied into life with stress, anxiety, panic attacks and chronic sadness of depression. The Alexander Technique is based on becoming aware of certain body patterns, especially in the area of neck, back and shoulders. These patterns are also closely linked with emotions of stress, fear, pain and other unpleasant feelings.

This 10-day course works as an introduction to the Alexander Technique principles and how you can start applying them into your own life.
